No matter how many times you try to find the perfect moment, the perfect opportunity, you won't. You just won't. Very simple. The moment comes when you aren't looking down at your phone. It's when you decide on a whim that you'll write your number down on the bill hoping the cute blondie whose been serving you will text you.
Not call though, that would be too serious.
Theirs no way you'll make it to every cool bar in the city because you'll want to go back to the last one. For the view, the food, the drinks; whatever it is that gives you that little spark, wherever it is that you get that little spark.
You'll meet a lot of different people. Who I can guarantee are total weirdos, who have incredible souls. They'll be from Ireland. At first. Then they'll be from Bermingham, Iowa, some tiny town in New South Wales. Even from Melbourne; but you won't meet a lot of them, they're a rare breed. You'll hear about why they left home, their passions and their dreams. you'll fall in love with them a little more every day. You'll make plans. You'll get lost. It'll take a while, but you'll show up and you won't want to leave even if you just sit in silence. You'll sleep in their beds and make each other proper meals.
